WAYS TO CONTROL MASTURBATION

Masturbation has caused so many effects in a man's life. Some of theses effects have already been mentioned in my other articles.
Today we are to treat on they controls of masturbation.
Firstly,masturbation can be controlled by engaging yourself in some activities that will help keep your mind busy such as: taking a walk,watching some sport programs,reading the holy bible or holy koran as the case may be,avoiding any pornographic pictures or programs,engaging yourself in some new things which you have never tried since you were born like taking a piano lesson or any other music instrumental lesson and thinking about your future.
Secondly,avoid staying alone when you sense the feeling or argue to masturbate.
Thirdly,visit some holy men of God for some prayer session because its really difficult to stop masturbation without God's intervention.
Forthly,you need to tell yourself the truth whether masturbation is helping your physical or spiritual life. When you do this,it will help you realize that there is absolutely nothing to again in it.
The fifth point is finding someone who can encourage you and talk you out of it. Someone who you trust so well not to inform any other person that you do masturbate. Someone who can help you control such act.
The sixth point is to take a cold bath so to relieve you of the heat of engaging into such when it comes.
The seventh point is DETERMINATION. If you are not determined to stop masturbation then there is nothing anyone can say to you that can make you stop it. You need to be determined so that you can easily overcome the spirit of masturbation.
The eight point is listening to music. Music has a lot of support in this aspect because it helps to relax and cool your nerves and also send you to an Imaginary land which you have always dreamed of since your childhood.

WATER FLOW (LOVE FLOW)

Water flow is the free passage of water through its channels and is not blocked by any obstacle. When you careful study nature,you will find out that nature is bless. Some of this nature gives us a clue of our emotional lives.
When it rains,the water that flow through the gutters or on track paths seem to move fast based on the nature of the rain. It might be either a heavy rain or shower or light rain. The more heavier the rain becomes the more faster the water flows. The more the rain,the more the ocean,rivers,stream, over flows. But when the channel where the water passes are blocked,we find out that water will flood that particular place. This will make the water to find another channel to pass through. This brings us to the issue of love flow.
Love flows like the water. When two people are in love,the more there emotions contract towards each other that is the more the water of love is been pushed through the two of them.
Sometimes,we seems to get bored of love because of our feeling is diminishing gradually which causes a blockage in the flow of love. This will lead you to look for other channels to follow there by cheating on your partner.
If you can give it a second chance by renewing our love by telling yourself the truth.
Never give up on the love you once felt for your partner,just unblock the channel and allow love to flow through you once again as it did when you both first met; this will to no room for break up. In every relationship,money is involved and for the love to increase a man should be able to maintain his woman. We woman love money a lot because this money help to satisfy our needs. Any woman that doesn't demand from her man,must have another source that provide the money for her. Its either she takes from her parents,friends,assistant boy friends or from her relations.
Men should be able to know that in a relationship that money is denied or money isn't available won't stand firm because if the woman sees another man that is ready to spend on her she will definitely think of break up. Every woman needs maintenance and care. What do we understand about the word virginity?
Virginity is known to be an untouched,unbroken and unused secret part of a woman or a man. Being a virgin is a good sign of purity,responsibility,holiness and a virtuous wthoman that is into a relationship. Firstly,let me ask us this question which is- what do we understand by the word love?
Love is known to be a strong feeling that bounds two hearts together in one attraction beat.
We will discuss more on the cycle of love. This involves the attraction,reaction and stages of love in our every day lives:
STAGE 1-Love makes strangers to meet each other: This stage involves the meeting of strangers. In this stage,a guy and a girl will meet each other accidentally and the tend to start up a discussion which will excite there interest and the would love to keep in touch.
STAGE 2-Love makes strangers to become friends: in this stage,the two strangers turn to become good friends. The hang out together and some times the will engage in gossips and this tend to increase the interest of the girl towards the guy. Some times the guy will tease her and when she smiles or laugh at the joke,the guy start picking more interest in her. At this stage the do not know what the feel but what the know is that the like each other as friends.
STAGE 3-Love makes strangers to become best friends: At this stage,jealousy is involved. The guy wouldn't like to see the girl with any other guy and the girl will get jealous at any slightest chance of seeing the guy with any other girl(they will be possessive of each other). This is when people will think that they are more than been just friends. One day,the can just kiss mistakenly and see the love in there eyes and continue(this time its not by mistake).
STAGE 4-The two strangers will start dating-At this stage,the can't be able to do without each other. They will be so close and loving each other so badly. They won't be able to stay for a second or minute away from each other to the extent that people will think the have both gone mad. This will continue for a long period of time.
STAGE 5-The two partners break up: This is the stage the two partner will break up due to lack of patience and over jealousy. Excuses will arise at this stage on why the can't date any more. Love isn't blind but the two people in love are the ones that are blind. Immediately the allow outsiders to get involved in there relationship,this attracts break up. It is also caused by lack of character study and compatibility of each other before entering into a relationship.
Final STAGE 6- The girl or guy will meet another new stranger but this time he or she will be more careful and observant before making the new stranger a close friend.

12.Is only a fool that forgets the past because the past makes the presence of life.
13.Things of life don't come easy.
14.Life sometimes don't go the way we want it.
15.When you are focused in life,you are determined to rule your world.
16.Never please others and displease yourself.

A lot of people round the world today are sex addicts. Some can not stay for 2 hours without having sex. This is the issue we are to discuss and elaborate on today. These are the tips one should follow to avoid being a sex addict:

There are lots of prospective issues of life that goes on in our every day life activities. Some of this issues are over looked by people. These issues happen around us and I took time to study them. I will put them down for you to see and judge if its true or not.
1.Where an individual thinks that something will come from,will not be the particular place it will come from. The thing will come from the opposite direction,so be vigilant!.
2.When an individual is sober,the ability for the individual to gather up the remaining pieces is what makes life worth living and that keeps the individual on the go.
3.If what you do makes you happy,don't stop doing it because of what people will say about it;stop doing it because you want to stop at your own will.
4.When search in a desperate mood,you won't find it immediately but the period you do not want that particular thing,it will be the time it will be showered on you.
5.The fast ability to forget the wrong thing someone did to you before the next day increases your life span.
6.Use what you have to get what you want,nothing goes for nothing.
7.Whatever you do unto others,others will do unto you.
8.If you have an ideal and you have the resources to establish it,do not waste time in achieving it.
9.Problems are created by those around us not those far from us.
10.What goes up must surely come down.
11.A man with little patience can't move a mountain but a man with lot of patience can move more than a mountain.
